Subscription refunds
Making sure everyone has the devices they need subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Requesting a refund
If you believe you have been charged in error or are unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@making-sure-everyone-has-the-devices-they-need.hivetechs.io. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Free tier
The free tier of Making sure everyone has the devices they need has no charges and therefore no refunds apply.
